Trust

“But Moses said, ‘Here I am among six hundred thousand men on foot, and you say, ‘I will give them meat to eat for a whole month!’ Would they have enough if flocks and herds were slaughtered for them? Would they have enough if all the fish in the sea were caught for them?” The LORD answered Moses, “Is the LORD'S arm too short? There comes a point when, no matter what we face in life, we have to trust God. The sooner get there, the better. I truly believe God has a plan for each of us. When we fret and worry over outcomes and circumstances, we’re doing nothing but spinning our wheels. You’ll probably never hear anyone say, “I would have overcome that situation if only I had worried more. If I had been just a little more anxious, I would have solved that problem.”

Instead of getting caught up in “what ifs” and “if onlys,” our answer is simple: trust God. Follow the Lord and His Word, believe – trust – and let God take care of the results. After all, do you think the hand of God – the Creator of Heaven and Earth and All Existence for All Eternity – is too short to reach you?
